including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing
products. User is prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from
this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene,
scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any
other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability
under the law.
Cookies
Like most e-commerce sites, Acrobits Systems is only accessible
to browsers enabled to accept "Cookies". Internet cookies function
as digital "visitor passes." Acceptance of cookies from Acrobits
Systems does not result in a transfer of personal information.
Acrobits Systems cookies are only used to assist us to customize
User experience and track User orders. More information on cookies
could be found at C|Net, Netscape.com, and Mindspring, as well as
on other consumer help sites.
Opt-In/Opt-Out
Upon receipt of any advertised email material from Acrobits Systems,
User (customer) can Opt-Out by indicating that the User do not wish
to receive any promotional emails by updating their Account information.
To do this, simply log into the User's Account, select "My Account"
feature, and select the "update the User contact information" option
and activate the "Do not send email specials". The opposite is true
if the User wishes to Opt-In. |
