    You can pay by any method such as cash, certified cheque, money order, bank draft. However, to establish an account and receive terms, we need to get a completed Credit Application filled out. Upon due diligence, we do give net terms.

    Yes, all our Technical Staff are fully qualified in different platforms. They all have a minimum of four years' experience as well.

    We are normally open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Closed Sat.Sun. However, we do provide 24- hour Sales, Service and Support. If you would like to come after normal business hours, we would be glad to accommodate you. Please call, and we gladly set up an appointment. Someone will always be there to answer the phone, "live."

    Most of the products are sourced in Canada. However, we do have an extensive network of suppliers in North America, Europe and Asia to meet our customer needs.

    We ship our products via couriers such as: Canpar, UPS, Purolator/Airborne, DHL, Fedex and some freight companies.

    No, we are not set up for that.

    It varies at peak times we have over 20 employees working on various projects.
